Each food course is ideally paired with one of our wines and preceding each food and wine course, short commentary will be offered by one of the owners of Verterra or the Chef. Questions are always welcome by guests throughout the evening
Cost: $80 including tax and tip
The Food: The Chef has prepared a special 5 course menu that was specifically designed to match perfectly with our international award winning wines. In support of Northern Michigan, the Chefs have built a unique menu featuring local produce, ingredients, meat, and fish in the dishes. The Chefs and Verterra staff have selected five wines that pair perfectly with each of the gourmet dishes.
