Red Wines
Through careful research and years of growing we have gained an understanding of which red Europen vinifera to plant in our cool climate. All of our red wine vines come from Bordeaux or Burgundy. Combine that great fruit with world class wine making and the results are beautiful, medium to full bodied red wines with layers of fruit and long finishes. We love reds and dedicated a great deal of time and effort to this pursuit and while they are great today do not be afraid of cellaring them for a few years to really let them shine.
