For our Verterra Sparkler we hand harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir before destemming, crushing and pressing together.  We fermented and cold stablized the still wine before tirage bottling and aging for 3 years in the bottle.  It is a beautiful light yellow and has incredibly tight, uniform bubbles that can only be achieved from the traditional method of making Champagne.  Brut in style this wine has perfect balance.  Enjoy a bottle now or lay it down for another 10+ years.
