Whether you’re restocking your cellar or sending a gift, we work to make shipping as simple as possible. Before placing your order, here’s what to know.
- Adult Signature Required – An adult 21+ must be available to sign for delivery. We recommend shipping to a business address or a neighbor who works from home when possible.
- Shipping on Monday and Thursday – Orders are picked up by UPS from our Leland tasting room on Mondays and Thursdays. Transit times vary by state and are outside of our control once in carrier hands.
- Weather Holds – To protect your wine, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold. Nobody wants to ruin great wine! We will notify you if weather conditions require a hold.
- Wine and Cider Ship Separately – Cans of cider and bottles of wine just don’t travel in the same box! You will see 2 shipping charges because they must ship independently.

We offer flat rate shipping on 1-11 bottles and discounted shipping on 12 bottle cases.

$30 for less than 12 bottles,

$35 for less than 12 bottles,

Shipping to CO, TX, FL

Returns and Redirects
UPS will attempt delivery three business days in a row before returning the package to Verterra. If a shipment is returned:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment or pickup (or you may reach at [email protected])
- Please understand that UPS charges us to ship, return, redirect and re-ship
- Return shipping and carrier redirect fees do apply
- A restocking fee may apply if cancelled
