How do I reset my password? If you forgot your password, use your email address where you received this email and follow the forget password process.
How do I see the wines pre-selected for me and make changes? Log in, go to your profile on our website by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Select "Club List" on the left side of the screen and then hit the "Edit Club" button. There you will see the wines we have pre-selected for you but feel free to swap wines or add more. When done, be sure to hit the submit buttom at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my upcoming club order to ship or to pick up? Log in, go to your profile on our website by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Select "Club List" on the left side of the screen and then hit the "Edit Club" button. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and there is a "Ship To" box where you can opt to "Pickup at Winery" or have it shipped to you directly if you are not going to be in the area in September or early October. When done, be sure to hit the submit buttom at the bottom of the page.
I already picked up my wines for this shipment what do I do? Please email us at email@example.com to make sure we have you on our list of club members to skip for this particular shipment. Sometimes things get lost in the fray of the summer and harvest!
My order has shipped but an adult will not be there to sign for it? Law requires that adults over the age of 21 sign for any shipments with alcohol. As a result, the UPS driver will not leave wine at your door step. If you cannot be home, please use the tracking number you received via email from us to go the UPS website. There you can change the delivery address or hold the shipment at a UPS facility to pickup at a later date.
