It was inevitable that we would make sparkling wines because we love to drink them! We offer sparkling wines made in both the traditional method as well as the cuvee close method. Just like our still wines, we use only estate grown fruit where we can manage all the details from spring prune through to harvest. The result is well balanced, award winning bubbles. Cheers!
