Sparkling Wines
It was inevitable that we would make sparkling wines because we love to drink them! We offer sparkling wines made in the traditional method, charmat method and force carb method. Just like our still wines, we use only estate grown fruit where we can manage all the details from spring prune through to harvest. The result is well balanced, award winning bubbles. Cheers!

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are combined in a classic Champagne made in the traditional method and aged on the lees for over 2 years. Cheers!
