2013 Verterra Sparkler
For our Verterra Sparkler we hand harvested Chardonnay and Pinot Noir before pressing them together. We fermented and cold stablized the still wine before dossage and aging for 2.5 years in the bottle. It is a beautiful light yellow and has incredibly tight, uniform bubbles that can only be achieved from the traditional method of making Champagne. Enjoy a bottle now or lay it down for another 5-10 years.
