We enjoyed the first vintage of Pinot Gris so much, we opted to make another vintage.  Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris are both wines are produced from the same fruit but a Pinot Gris is the French approach that creates a more layered, dynamic wine versus the Italian style this is crisp and clean.
