In 2021 we tried making a different style of bubbly from a non-traditional sparkling wine grape.  The result flew out of the tasting room (as many of you know!) and so this year we made more!  Estate fruit, bright pink, gentle bubbles and acid backed by a touch of sweetness, this wine is all about bringing you Joy.
