We are thrilled to announce that Chef Chris Franz will return to The Ridge at Verterra on Friday, September 26th at 6:00 PM, for a sumptuous 5-course dinner. Tickets are $125 per person and include food, wine, gratuity and tax. Tickets are VERY limited, so act quickly.  

2023 Pinot Blanc paired with Creamy Sweet Corn Chowder + Tarragon Shrimp Salad / Red Pepper, Celery, Grilled Corn, Chives

2023 Unoaked Chardonnay paired with Crispy Pork Cutlet + Michigan Apple Risotto / Caramelized Leeks, Pecorino, Apple Cider Butter Sauce, Thyme

2022 Pinot Noir paired with Cheese Smoked Duck Breast + Fig Glaze / Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Scallions, Figs, Goat cheese

2017 Reserve Red from the wine library paired with Seared Bistro Steak + Wild Mushroom Sauce / Garlicky Wilted Spinach, Creamy Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

2024 Late Harvest Riesling paired with Michigan Apple + Cardamom Cake / Streusel Topping, Pistachio Cream
